Defensive shots are meant to make it hard for your opponent to attack effectively. Below is a list of defensive strokes to you can use to help your game, simply click on them for more information.
Transitional shots help you change from a defensive play into an offensive play, the difference between this and a defensive shot is that you're under pressure or made to run from one end to another of the court.
